You can’t sneeze during sleep.
Research shows that during the REM sleep phase (rapid eye movement – the phase we go into deep sleep) The part in the brain that is responsible for sensing external stimulations is unresponsive.
In rare cases, external stimulates will be extensive enough to trigger the a sneeze. But you will first wake up to sneeze.
